Just casually drilling holes through some walls in my house. We were having some internet problems so we had to change our ethernet cabling a little bit. We are using this power to ethernet converters now. Basically, you plug the module into the wall and then plug an ethernet cable into it and it sends the ethernet over your power lines. This makes it easy to get an ethernet connection anywhere in the house. To make this work we just had to drill one hole to route an ethernet cable from the router but besides that networking connections will be much easier in our house now.
