After mount olympus, we headed to a small town that was pretty unassuming until you looked up. You could see giant buildings perched atop these vertical hills or mountains. The only way up was a steep hike around the side of the mountain. These giant buildings were actually ancient monasteries where monks lived. You already know that we had to hike to the top and explore and we found so many cool things from the remains of passed monks to actual monks still living there today.
